I am responsible for overseeing the financial , managerial, and insurance duties for our office. I work with our financial coordinator, Jane, who ensures our parents and patients to find finance solutions that offer affordable payment options for patient treatment.
I work with parents and patients to achieve a financial agreement that is tailored to their budget along with their insurance and health savings account (HSA). Assisting patients and parents with making orthodontic treatment a reality is the best part of my job!
I have a son, Chris, and two granddaughters, Riley and Riane. I spend as much time as possible with my family and friends. I also enjoy flower gardening and exercising.
I schedule appointments and help coordinate and communicate treatment plans for our patients. I love working with our patients and their families and having a front row seat to their smile transformations.
As treatment coordinator, meeting new patients and their families while guiding them through their initial consultation is what I enjoy the most. I graduated from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College with a diploma in dental assisting prior to beginning my career in orthodontics. I love spending time with my family, friends, and my miniature schnauzer named Mocha. I look forward to meeting you soon!
My role is to assist Dr A with the clinical aspect of the practice. I enjoy the interaction with patients and love to learn about each one on an individual level. So thrilled to be part of a team that provides orthodontic service to the Greensboro community.
